Our New Guest Policy: The Overnight Trial Stay

Ensuring a happy, comfortable fit for peace of mind

If your dog is new to Two Gates, we require all incoming guests to complete a mandatory overnight trial staybefore any long-term holiday bookings can be confirmed.

Kennel environments are full of exciting new sights, sounds, and routines. The overnight trial allows us to closely observe:

How comfortably your dog settles into their heated indoor suite overnight.

How much they enjoy their 5-a-day exercise rotations in the paddocks.

Their overall stress and comfort levels around our team.

Our Promise of Absolute Honesty

We believe in 100% transparency. Following the trial, we will provide you with a completely honest assessment of how your dog coped. If they thrived, we’ll happily secure their holiday dates! If we observe that they found the kennel environment too overwhelming, we will tell you straight away. Our goal is to give you the honest facts so that you can make the absolute right choice for your dog’s happiness and peace of mind.
